What we are looking for: Integrated Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day contact between the client and DEVENEY. The Account Executive collaborates with every department to facilitate the work needed by the client and is instrumental in helping the entire team and developing strategic marketing plans. Additionally, the Account Executive will play an integral role in the management and communication strategies for crisis work that comes through the door, alongside agency president and crisis expert.
The Account Executive is responsible for:
- Collaborate with the wider team to agree on appropriate resources and ensuring high-quality work is executed on time and on budget
- Ensure that everything produced meets DEVENEY standards and delivers against the brand strategy and business objectives
- Experienced in managing crises, on digital platforms and social media a plus
- Participate in brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms and development of strategic engagement plans
- Proof creative/production materials, copy, and design
- Manage client challenges, problems, and situations
- Write external or internal facing messaging for applicable clients
- Develop comprehensive, regular reports that display media coverage, digital engagement, tactical results and/or ongoing activities and next steps for clients
- Ability to manage various small and medium-sized accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic planning, implement tactics and impart knowledge to team members
- Strong research, writing, editing, and client interaction skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and work well under pressure
- Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Proficiency in digital related programs like Sprout Social and Canva
- Ability to manage client expectations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience in successful communication work including strategic planning, development of key messages, and execution of communication tactics that drive positive business results
