Hospital system needed branding, media relations and crisis support as they vied for the acquisition of two area hospitals.

As the operator of the local children's hospital, repositioning LCMC beyond pediatric care was the focus of the brand. DEVENEY created the corporate identity, website, messaging, marketing collateral, advertising and more. We were proactive in media relations, creating positive stories and media coverage.

  • LCMC successfully acquired one of the two area hospitals and two years later the remaining hospital has not yet selected a partner.
  • Lead all marketing efforts for LCMC Health's hospitals: University Medical Center New Orleans, Children’s Hospital New Orleans, Touro, New Orleans East Hospital and West Jefferson Medical Center.
  • Media trained LCMC Health and hospital leaders.
