DEVENEY RECEIVES NATIONAL AWARDS FROM INDUSTRY PEERS

We are thrilled to share the news that our hard work and client successes have earned DEVENEY nine awards in the past few weeks, with honors awarded for public relations, advertising, marketing collateral and social media. These prestigious awards were bestowed by leaders in the marketing and communication field from professional organizations across the country.

Most recently, DEVENEY received PR News’ Social Media Awards Best Instagram Contest award for the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans (CHNOLA) Instagram campaign. DEVENEY worked with CHNOLA to implement #ChampionsOfChildrens – targeting millennial parents – to display CHNOLA’s unparalleled ability to treat local children. The campaign achieved CHNOLA’s second most used hashtag, falling short only to the brand’s own hashtag, #CHNOLA. It also significantly increased CHNOLA’s Instagram following and reach.

Additionally, the Press Club of New Orleans honored DEVENEY with four Awards of Excellence in Journalism, which includes a first-place award in Community Relations for work on behalf of Dyno Nobel on the Waggaman Plant Opening. DEVENEY also excelled in the 2017 PR Daily Awards, garnering two winning awards and two honorable mentions, including awards for the agency’s website and blog, DEVENEY Insights.
